Rights of the interested party
According to EU Regulation 679/2016 , the person concerned is entitled to: the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data (art. 15), rectification (art. 16), cancellation or oblivion (art. 17), the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning him/her (art. 18), the right to the portability of data (art. 20) or to object to their processing (art. 21), in addition to the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or which affects you in the same way significantly (art. 22).
If the processing of personal data is based on the express consent given by you, pursuant to art. 7 paragraph 3 of the Regulation, you are entitled to withdraw at any time from the newsletter subscription or revoke the consent given for sending communications and updates for marketing and commercial purposes.
You are also granted the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (art. 77 of the Regulations) if you believe that the processing carried out by the owner is not compliant.
